PERFORMANCE1 has developed simplified proceduresto give you the way to easily make purchases and to allow you to return the items that do not meet your expectations:

1. Tell to PERFORMANCE1 within 10 days from goods receipt, item and order number that you wish to return.
To do this, fill in the form that you find at the bottom of this page and send it by e-mail to 

2. Item return cost is at buyer's charge. Returned goods must be addressed to: 
OEB s.r.l. Via Circonvallazione, 9 41031 Camposanto (MO) 
using the same packaging with which items have arrived.

3. You will receive instructions to carry out the return carriage forward, at a cost agreed with our courier.

4. Refund methods depend on order payment choice, for an amount net of shipping costs.
- If you paid the order with card (credit or prepaid card): we will re-credit the amount paid for the returned item on the same card used to complete the order.
- If you paid with PayPal: we will re-credit the amount to be refunded on the same account PayPal used to complete the order.
- If you paid cash on delivery: on the Return Form you can write your postal or bank account on which credit the amount to be refunded.

The refund procedure is activated within 5 working days after return acceptance by PERFORMANCE1, that you will be notified by e-mail.


Return goods cannot be changed, but only refunded.
Refunded items must be in perfect conditions (complete with details, references, labels, etc.) and must be in the original packaging, as delivered by the company. 
No item shall be refunded before being returned by the customer and being received by the company, in perfect conditions and in its original packaging.
In case of product/s non-compliance, the customer can return it/them to PERFORMANCE1 who, after having verified the discrepancy with the order, will provide the credit also of the returning charges.
